If you want to create PDF document from your Windows PC, the easiest way is to purchase an Acrobat Writer from Adobe.
Alternatively, you can just install the freeware version of the CutePDF and Ghostscript and be able to generate PDF for almost all applications. I have been using this for several months without any problem. Highly recommended.
